We take the time to educate all clients on the importance of obtaining “replacement” valuations, the benefits of survey reports and the value of purchasing cover based on the policy conditions rather than price. We provide education to key personnel through face-to-face meetings, interactions over

the telephone and annual reviews. We have seen the benefit of this process, in that the organisations now check their coverage rather than assume that because they have taken out insurance all contingencies are covered.
